Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" — refers to the gcb77 website accessible via gcb77.net and all related subdomains.
• "User" or "Member" — any individual who has registered a valid account on the gcb77 platform.
• "Account" — the personal account registered by a user to access gcb77 services.
• "Account Balance" — the total real money (excluding bonuses) available in a user's account for wagering or withdrawal purposes.
• "Bonus" — free credits or added value granted by gcb77 to users subject to specified conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus must be wagered before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

User Eligibility and Account Registration

gcb77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. If a user fails to submit the requested documents within the specified period, gcb77 reserves the right to suspend or close the account and withhold any outstanding balance until verification is complete.

Account Use

Users are fully responsible for all activities that take place within their respective accounts. Several important points regarding account use:

• Passwords must be kept confidential. gcb77 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from a user disclosing their password to another party.
• If a user suspects their account has been accessed without authorisation, this must be reported to the gcb77 support team immediately via live chat or email.
• A gcb77 account is for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold or shared with any other individual.
• Users are not permitted to use another person's account or register on behalf of another person.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

gcb77 accepts a range of payment methods commonly used in Malaysia to make financial transactions easy for users:

• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrencies — USDT, BTC and ETH

The minimum deposit for all methods is RM30. The minimum withdrawal for all methods is RM50. Withdrawal processing time is typically between 10 to 45 minutes depending on the method chosen and system conditions at the time.

All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method registered under the same name as the gcb77 account. gcb77 reserves the right to reject a withdrawal request if there is a mismatch in details or if wagering requirements have not been met.

gcb77 does not charge any internal processing fees. However, third-party payment operators may impose their own charges which are beyond gcb77's control.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

gcb77 offers various bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. Each offer is subject to specific conditions stated at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions are as follows:

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal from bonus funds can be made.

Calculation example: a deposit of RM100 yields a bonus of RM100, giving a balance of RM200. The wagering requirement is RM100 × 25 = RM2,500. For a deposit of RM1,800, a bonus of RM888 is received, the balance becomes RM2,688 and the wagering requirement is RM888 × 25 = RM22,200.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Bonus offers are subject to a set validity period. Bonuses that expire without the wagering requirements being met will be forfeited automatically.
• gcb77 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there are signs of abuse or attempts to exploit promotions.
• Any discrepancy in a bonus claim must be reported to gcb77 support within 7 days of the transaction date.

Game Rules

All games available on the gcb77 platform are operated according to the standard rules set by their respective game developers. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error that can be verified by the gcb77 system.
• If a technical disruption occurs during a game session that prevents a result from being recorded, the affected wager will be voided and the wagering funds returned to the user's account balance.
• gcb77 is not responsible for any losses arising from a user's misunderstanding of game rules.
• The use of third-party software, bots, or any automated tools to influence gameplay is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure without refund of remaining balance.

User Responsibilities

By using the gcb77 platform, users agree to:

• Comply with all terms and conditions stated in this document as well as any additional policies published by gcb77.
• Play responsibly and set reasonable personal limits for online gambling activity.
• Not use the gcb77 platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud.

Account Closure and Suspension

• There is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The user has registered more than one account.
• The user is found to be under 21 years of age.
• The user requests self-exclusion through gcb77's responsible gambling programme.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the gcb77 support team. Any eligible real money balance (once all conditions are met) will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures within the stipulated timeframe.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision in this document shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
